Life Change: Week 7

I left ya last week saying I wasn’t gonna weigh-in and I was fine with that til Drill Sergeant Brad made me cry:D.

So, I weighed in and left the numbers in the comments last week.  I weighed in at 265 which was a gain of 6 pounds.  That was rough!  But I deserved it after eating out for 2 weeks while Mom was here.  I weighed in on Wednesday or Thursday….can’t remember which, so the weigh in today is from Saturday.  We’re looking at 2-3 days…..Here ya go:

Week 7 Weigh-In

Here’s the numbers:

Starting weight: 270.8

Last Week:  265.0

This Week: 263.4

Lost 1.6 pounds this week and 7.4 pounds total.  It’s tough to get going again after ya fall off the wagon….especially if you fall as hard as I did.  BUT I’m back in the game and we’ll go from there.  Hoping for some nice weather so Eli and I can get out and walk.

No weigh-in from Ria this week…..well, no pic of it anyway.  Maybe she’ll jump in the comments at some point.

    congrats on the weight loss! Someone told me today that I've lost a lot of weight. Ha … I'm pretty sure I've gained a lot in the last 3 weeks.

      I hear that a lot. Not sure what's up with it. I've sent an email, but Facebook rarely EVER responds unless you're paying them for advertising.

    I am a little late getting started, but my beginning weight is 155 lbs. My goal is to lose 15 lbs..I'll let you know next week how that is going… :-)

    I went to the Dr. last Fri., I weighed in at 135, 10lbs more than last years appt. boo…so I will weigh in this Friday and see what's happened. I am doing the Susan Sommers eating plan, which lets you eat a variety of foods, so you are always full. I will give it 2 weeks, if nothing happens, I'll try weight watchers 2 weeks, if nothing happens, to the drs. to see what my problem is! I want to lose 25lbs, we'll see how that goes, at least 20 by when you get here in June…

    So here is mine from last week. I'm a little late posting being I was at the beach over the Easter weekend doing my best to follow my seafood diet…okay, that was corny. We did walk everywhere we went so I hope that it helps a little, but we will see on Wednesday.

    I did not elaborate on my post because I was running out of time, but only have been following through with portion control, not eating after dinner (right before bed), and I have been super super busy. I am also trying not to skip meals, I tend to slip back to my old habits of eating loads of carbs and junk when I snack. So if i eat a quick healthy meal, I don't crave the snack and wait until it is meal time again. Slow and Steady….
